Kit includes The Battery Retaining Plate # O ( Black), and eight Blue 3/4 " thick Mounting Shafts. The Shorter four mount directly to skirt (not Included) and hold down the Blue Ankle Plate ( not included) to the bottom Ring of the frame. The taller four hold the retaining plate around the battery.
